1. Troodos
The route up to Mount Olympos starting at the village Troodos is the shortest walk you can do up to the summit of Cyprus's tallest mountain.

The walk is fairly simple and short just under 7km with 210m of ascent, you can park anywhere in Troodos for this walk and follow the trails up to the summit of mount Olympos, there are quite a few different trails but all of them will lead to the summit so it does not matter which particular one you take. There is an option of following the road up to the top aswell.

The true summit of Mount Olympos is a military base and there is not public access, therefore you will not be able to reach the true summit.
2. Kakopetria
The route from the village Kakopetria is a long route of over 36km of distance and 1400m ascent. Kakopetria is one of the beautiful villages that is located just outside the national park just north of Mount Olympos.

This route can start anywhere in Kakopetria although there are two routes to the summit, one in which follows the valley and the other which starts climbing immediately. The route detailed in the Komoot map is the route with the immediate climb.

There is an option on this route to walk one way to the summit and then get a taxi from Troodos back to the start point.

3. Moutoullas
The route from the village Moutoullas is a long route of over 36km of distance and 1300m ascent. Kakopetria is one of the beautiful villages that is located just outside the national park just east of Mount Olympos.

This route can start anywhere in Moutoullas, There is an option on this route to walk one way to the summit and then get a taxi from Troodos back to the start point.
