The Cobbler
The cobbler is an iconic mountain located at the head of Loch long. It is one of the Scottish corbetts and it is well known for rock climbing at its rocky unique summit.

Loch long is a large sea water loch located in the west of the Loch Lomond national park. Loch long is 30km in length and 3 km in width. This loch is also connected to another Loch on its western side Loch Goil.​

1. The Cobbler

The trail up to the summit of the Cobbler starts in Arrochar. The path up is clear and well maintained, once you get near the summit of the three peaks of the Cobbler it becomes a bit of a scramble especially when climbing up to the very top of the middle true summit. 2. Arrochar To Tarbet

Difficulty - Easy
This route along the heritage trail to Tarbet starts in Arrochar, the trail is short and at low level but takes in plenty of scenery of the surrounding mountains and Lochs in the national park. The walk holds lots of history from the viking era. Find this route here
